Our after-sales service includes repair and exchange services both in and out of the warranty period. In the event of a manufacturing or product defect, customers can contact us or bring any of our products (along with the invoice) to our showroom for repair and replacement services. On-the-spot repair services are available. In the event that it cannot be repaired on-the-spot, we will either lend out a temporary device and send the broken product for repairs or replace the broken product with a new device.
